Description
Soudal Fix All Flexi is an adhesive and sealant based on SMX hybrid polymer that combines bonding and jointing in one product and stays permanently elastic.

Technical properties and application
Neutral 1K SMX hybrid polymer, density 1.67 g/ml, Shore A hardness 40 ± 5, tensile strength 1.80 N/mm² at around 750 % elongation at break – considerably more flexible than assembly adhesives with high initial tack. Temperature-resistant -40 °C to +90 °C, skin formation approx. 10 min. (23 °C/50 % rel. humidity), through-curing approx. 2–3 mm/24 hrs, application temperature 5 °C to 35 °C.
Adheres mostly without primer on almost all substrates, even on slightly damp surfaces. Areas of use: construction, trades and sanitary installation, wherever components are exposed to movement.
Practical tip: Clean the substrate free of dust, grease and silicone. Cut the cartridge tip at a 45° angle to match the joint width and apply evenly; smooth excess material before skin formation with a dampened smoothing spatula.
