45° angle piece for cartridges
Areas of application:
With this angle piece you can easily reach places that require the cartridge nozzle to be tilted. The angle piece can be cleaned after use and thus reused. Universally fitting for all commercially available silicone and acrylic cartridges.
Application:
A cartridge tip angle is a tool used to apply sealants, adhesives and other materials from a cartridge. The angle of the tool makes it possible to apply materials in hard-to-reach areas, such as corners or edges.
To use the cartridge tip angle you need a cartridge gun. First insert the cartridge into the gun and push the piston in as far as it will go. Then cut off the tip of the cartridge above the thread with a straight cut. This works best with a sharp utility knife or a cartridge cutter. Wipe off any adhesive that emerges immediately! Cut the cartridge tip/cartridge nozzle at an angle without damaging the screw thread for the cap. The deeper you make the cut, the larger the quantity that emerges. Depending on the desired joint width, adhesive bead or dot size of the adhesive, you can practically pre-dose in this way. The angled cut lets you work more cleanly and, e.g., run along a joint.
When using the cartridge tip angle, make sure to hold it at an angle that allows you to apply the material evenly.
