Description
Soudal Soudafoam Gun B2 is a 1K polyurethane gun foam that is applied with a dosing gun. It is used for sealing and fitting window and door frames, for filling cavities and for thermal and sound insulation – the best-selling PU foam in the range.

Technical properties
One-component, self-expanding PU foam based on MDI. Bulk density approx. 23 kg/m³, skin formation after approx. 8 min., cuttable after approx. 30 min., load-bearing after approx. 12 hrs. Cured temperature resistance -40 °C to +90 °C, thermal conductivity 0.037 W/(m·K), compressive strength approx. 36 kPa. Building material class B2 to DIN 4102-1 (test certificate P-SAC 02/III-010, MFPA Leipzig), colour champagne.
Application & tips
Shake the can for at least 20 sec. and screw it onto the gun. Prepare the substrate free of dust and grease and slightly dampened. Fill cavities only to approx. 65 %, as the foam expands. Fresh foam can be removed with Soudafoam cleaner or acetone, cured foam only mechanically. Store upright, cool (+5 to +25 °C) and dry.
