Description
The Soudal Soudafoam X-tra 1000 is a 1K polyurethane gun foam. The X-tra formulation delivers up to 61 litres of foam or 46 metres of joint filling from the 870 ml can – more than conventional construction foam. It is used for foaming, insulating and fixing in window, door and building protection applications.

Technical properties
1K PU foam, moisture-curing, bulk density approx. 20 kg/m³. Skin formation after approx. 6 min., cuttable after approx. 15 min. Cured -40 °C to +90 °C, building material class E to DIN EN 13501-1 (B2 to DIN 4102). Thermal conductivity 0.037 W/(m·K), joint sound insulation up to 62 dB, compressive strength approx. 38 kPa.
Application & tips
Shake the can approx. 20–30 x before use, insert the valve downwards into the gun. Fill joints only to one third, the foam expands afterwards. Application temperature: can +5 to +30 °C, substrate +5 to +35 °C. Fresh foam can be removed with cleaner, cured foam only mechanically. Not UV-resistant – outdoors, paint over or cover after curing.
