Description
The Soudal PU Remover is a fast-acting special remover for cured polyurethane foam on non-porous surfaces such as plastic, coatings and aluminium – the low-odour gel reliably dissolves PU foam residues.

Areas of application
- Removes PU foam residues on non-porous, non-absorbent substrates
- Ideal after mounting and building foam work on windows, doors and frames
- Frees tools and plastic surfaces of foam residues
- Not for copper, zinc, brass or porous substrates (risk of staining)
Chemical and technical properties
Beige gel based on water-soluble solvents, density approx. 1.54 g/cm³. Contact time 30 minutes up to a maximum of 2 hours. Can be stored unopened at +5 °C to +25 °C for up to 36 months.
Use & tips
First remove the foam mechanically, apply PU Remover generously with a brush and close the can again immediately, as moisture reduces its effectiveness. After the contact time, scrape off the foam with a spatula without adding water and wipe over with a dry cloth. Repeat for stubborn residues; remove the last traces in joints with a damp sponge. Carry out a compatibility test before use, as glossy surfaces may become matt.
