Description
Soudal Flexifoam is a 1-component, highly flexible PU gun foam that cures up to three times more elastic than conventional mounting foam. It permanently compensates for building-element movement at windows, doors and connection joints, thereby preventing cracks and foam separation.

Unlike rigid standard foam, Flexifoam does not tear when building elements move – the joint stays permanently tight.
Technical properties & application
One-component, self-expanding polyurethane foam with a bulk density of approx. 25 kg/m³ and a yield of approx. 30 l per 750 ml can. Skin formation after approx. 6 minutes, cuttable after approx. 40 minutes, load-bearing after approx. 12 hours. When cured, temperature-resistant -40 °C to +90 °C, thermal conductivity 0.0345 W/(m·K) to DIN 52612, building material class B2 to DIN 4102-1. Application temperature +5 °C to +35 °C.
Practical tip: Shake the can approx. 20–30 times before use, fill joints only to two thirds and lightly dampen fresh foam. Cured foam is not UV-resistant and should be painted over or covered with sealant.
