Description
The KIP 3804 is a fine crepe tape made of Masking-Tec paper. The fine creping sits tightly against the substrate, so that the paint edge stays sharp and nothing runs underneath.
Benefits
- Fine creping for sharp, clean paint edges
- Tear-resistant and flexible, also follows slight curves
- Resistant to water, thinners and oil
- Removable without residue
- 50 m roll length, also available in 48 mm width
Areas of application
- Masking paint edges when painting and varnishing
- Two-colour paint jobs and demarcation work
- Painting work with solvent-based products
- Work where a coarse crepe would let the edge fray
Product details
Backing made of Masking-Tec fine crepe, width 30 mm, roll length 50 m. Resistant to water, thinners and oil, removable. Also available in 48 mm width.
The substrate must be dry, dust-free and free of grease. Press the tape firmly at the edge so that no paint runs underneath. Pull off after painting while the paint has not yet fully cured — then the paint film breaks cleanly at the edge of the tape.

Reviews
All reviews come from buyers. Reviews can only be submitted via the personal, signed link we send to the order's e-mail address after delivery; the link is bound to the order and the purchased item, there is no form without a purchase. We check every review before publication and publish positive and negative reviews alike. Reviews from our former shop baustoffhandel-nrw.de were migrated; there, too, only customers who had bought the item could review it.
