Description
Soudal Wood Glue Pro 45P is a one-component polyurethane adhesive (PU glue) that cures through atmospheric moisture and permanently bonds wooden components such as windows, doors, rafters and sandwich panels. The fast-curing glue achieves water resistance class D4 to EN 204 and, thanks to its gap-bridging foaming, is also suitable for damp wood.

Technical properties & application
The unfilled PU adhesive has a density of approx. 1.11 g/ml, a viscosity of 2,000–4,000 mPa·s and 93 % solids content, in brown. Within the open time of 5 minutes the parts are joined together and pressed for at least 30 minutes at a pressure of 1–2 kg/cm². Application temperature: +5 °C to +35 °C; when cured, resistant from -30 °C to +100 °C, with a shear strength from 10 N/mm².
Suitable substrates: wood, concrete, stone and most plastics (except PE, PTFE, PP, polystyrene foam, silicones, bitumen); keep bonding surfaces clean, dry and free of dust and grease. Fresh adhesive can be removed with gun/foam cleaner or acetone, cured adhesive only mechanically. Shelf life approx. 12 months stored unopened and cool.
