Description
Soudal Pro 30D is a ready-to-use wood glue based on a PVAc dispersion for waterproof gluing of solid wood, chipboard and veneer. It meets stress group D3 to DIN EN 204, is solvent-free and dries transparent. The 750 g bottle with dosing tip is intended equally for joiners, furniture makers and DIY users.

Limits & notes
D3 means: indoors with brief exposure to water, or outdoors without direct weathering. For weathered exterior components and permanently wet areas, a D4 PU glue is the right choice.
Application & tips
Prepare the bonding surfaces to fit exactly, clean and dust-free; ideal wood moisture content 8–10 %, room temperature 18–20 °C. Apply the glue thinly to one side with a bottle nozzle, brush or glue spreader (approx. 80–120 g/m² for surface bonding) and join and press the parts within the open time. Below +5 °C the glue no longer forms a film. Fresh glue can be removed with water, cured glue only mechanically. Store frost-free at 5–25 °C; unopened shelf life 12 months from manufacture.
Frequently asked questions
Is Soudal Pro 30D suitable for outdoor use?
Only without direct weathering, for example under a roof. For garden furniture or exterior doors a D4 glue is necessary.
How long do I have to press?
According to the data sheet at least 10–15 minutes for board joints and 8–15 minutes for assembly gluing; for full strength Soudal recommends a pressing time of 1–2 hours.
Does the glue line stay visible?
No, the glue dries transparent and leaves no stains on the wood.
