Description
Soudal Pro 30D is a fast-setting, solvent-free dispersion adhesive (PVAc) for gluing wood, chipboard and veneer boards. The glue is unfilled, dries transparent and achieves water resistance class D3 to DIN EN 204.

Chemical and technical properties
Base: PVAc dispersion, solvent-free. Density approx. 1.10 g/ml, viscosity approx. 8,000–15,000 mPa·s. Open time approx. 8 minutes, pressing time approx. 10–15 minutes. Optimum at 18–20 °C, 60–70 % humidity, 8–10 % wood moisture content. Colour white, dries transparent.
Benefits over standard products
Thanks to its D3 classification it is more moisture-resistant than D2 white glues – ideal for kitchens, bathrooms or furniture exposed to moisture, with a short pressing time.
Application and tips
Apply thinly with a brush or glue spreader, join the parts within 15 minutes and press firmly. Pressing time: board joints 10–15 min., assembly 8–15 min., HPL/CPL at 70 °C over 45 sec. Fresh glue can be removed with water, cured only mechanically. Store cool and dry, shelf life approx. 10 months.
