Description
Soudal perimeter adhesive is a solvent-free PU gun foam for bonding rigid polystyrene foam boards in the perimeter insulation of basement walls. It is applied with a foam gun and bonds insulation board and substrate permanently and firmly.

Technical properties
The 1K polyurethane adhesive cures quickly and dimensionally stable under moisture, without shrinking afterwards. It adheres to usual building substrates such as concrete, masonry, plaster, wood, metal, polystyrene as well as coated bitumen sheets and cold-applied bitumen thick coatings – but not to PE, PP, PTFE and silicones. Application temperature: +5 °C to +35 °C (substrate), +15 °C to +25 °C (can). Ageing-resistant and rot-proof, but not UV-resistant – therefore cover permanently.
Application tips
Shake the can vigorously about 30 times before use. Apply the adhesive bead vertically in strips about 25 cm apart (at least three beads per board), press the insulation board on within about 8 minutes and fix lightly. Fresh foam can be removed with gun and foam cleaner, cured foam only mechanically. Supplied as: 750 ml aerosol spray can, store upright, cool and dry.
