Description
Soudafoam PURe is a low-emission 1K gun foam from Soudal for assembly, insulation and isolation. The halogen-free PU foam is EC1+ certified and at the same time meets building material class B1 for increased fire protection requirements.

Unlike classic assembly foam, Soudafoam PURe dispenses with halogenated flame retardants and still achieves building material class B1 – ideal where low-emission, flame-retardant materials are required.
Technical properties
1-component, self-expanding PU foam with bulk density approx. 22 kg/m³. Skin formation after approx. 15 min., cuttable after approx. 60 min. (EN 17333-3). Thermal conductivity 0.032 W/(m·K), joint sound insulation 62 dB, compressive strength approx. 15 kPa. Temperature-resistant when cured from -40 °C to +90 °C. Free of TCEP, TCPP and chlorinated paraffins; meets DGNB quality levels 1–4.
Use & tips
For construction, window/door installation, drywall, electrical installation and ETICS (WDVS). Shake the can approx. 30 times before use, fill joints only 2/3 full, foam larger cavities in layers of max. 40 mm. Observe the can's application temperature of +5 °C to +30 °C.
