Description
Soudaseal 215LM is a 1-component joint sealant based on hybrid polymer for building construction and connection joints. It cures without bubbles to a permanently elastic sealing compound – suitable for expansion joints as well as connection joints between window/door frames and masonry.

Chemical and technical properties
Base: MS polymer (hybrid polymer), density 1.45 g/ml, Shore A hardness 25 ± 5. Skin formation approx. 10 min. (23 °C/50 % RH), through-curing approx. 2 mm/24 h. Tensile strength 1.30 N/mm², elongation at break over 900 %. Temperature-resistant -40 °C to +90 °C, application +5 °C to +35 °C. Complies with DIN 18540 F and ISO 11600 F 25LM.
Application tips
Keep the substrate sound, clean and free of dust and grease. Apply with a manual or compressed-air gun, smooth with smoothing agent or soap solution before a skin forms. Pre-treat porous substrates with Primer 150, smooth surfaces with Surface Activator. Clean before curing with Surface Cleaner, afterwards with silicone remover.
