Description
Soudal Primer 100 is a solvent-containing adhesion primer based on polyurethane for porous substrates exposed to moisture. It is applied before sealing with PU, polysulphide or MS polymer sealants and improves their adhesion on absorbent joint flanks.

Areas of application

- Ensures significantly better adhesion than on untreated substrates
Technical properties & application
Base: polyurethane, solvent-containing (density approx. 1.03 g/ml, flash point 24 °C – ventilate well, keep away from ignition sources). Application temperature +5 °C to +25 °C. Keep the substrate free of grease, clean, dry and dust-free before priming. Apply with a brush as a full-surface coat, a second coat if necessary. Waiting time before sealing: at least 60, at most 240 minutes. Clean tools immediately with turpentine.
Practical tip
Close opened containers tightly and use up promptly. Keeps for approx. 6 months stored cool (+5 °C to +25 °C) and dry in the unopened original packaging.
