Description
The Soudal Soudafoam B2 Mounting Foam is a 1K polyurethane foam with an adapter tube for hand application without a gun. It is used for insulating, filling, insulating against sound and fixing indoors and outdoors, from window and door installation to closing wall openings.

Technical properties
1K polyurethane rigid foam, moisture-curing, bulk density approx. 25 kg/m³. Tack-free after approx. 20 min., cuttable after approx. 45 min., load-bearing after approx. 24 hrs. When cured -40 °C to +90 °C, building material class B2 to DIN 4102-1 (test certificate PSAC 02/III-115, MFPA Leipzig). Thermal conductivity 0.035 W/(m·K), compressive strength 0.3 N/mm². Colour champagne, not UV-resistant.
Application & tips
Screw on the adapter tube, shake the can valve-down approx. 30 x. Fill joints only to one third, the foam continues to expand. Application temperature +5 °C to +30 °C. Fresh foam can be removed with cleaner, cured foam only mechanically. Paint over outdoors after curing, as it is not UV-resistant. Dispose of empty cans via the PDR system.
