Description
Soudal 2K PU assembly foam is a two-component polyurethane fast-setting foam without propellant for installing door frames, window frames and timber door linings. It cures extremely fast and is already cuttable after 5 minutes.

Technical properties
Curing by chemical reaction at room temperature. Start time approx. 12–15 seconds, tack-free after approx. 1 minute, brace-removable after approx. 20 minutes (at +20 °C / 65 % r.h.). Foam yield approx. 5 litres per 210 ml cartridge. Application temperature: +10 °C to +30 °C.
Application tips
Protect adjacent surfaces with tape or film. Wedge the frame, cut off the cartridge tip, fit the static mixer and apply with a 2K cartridge gun. For door frames, foam at least 6 installation points. Pauses over 10 seconds cure the foam in the mixer – work quickly. Cut off protruding, cured foam with a knife.
Supplied as: 2 x 105 ml PE dual cartridge with static mixer, 16 dual cartridges per box. Building material class B2 to DIN 4102-1.
