Description
The Soudal 2K Quick-Setting Set combines an FX210 double cartridge gun with 16 cartridges of propellant-free 2K PU quick foam – ready for immediate use for door frames, window frames and stair treads. The foam cures extremely fast, free of pressure and stress.

Technical properties & application
Two-component PU quick foam, colour champagne, start time approx. 12–15 seconds, cuttable after approx. 5 minutes, can be unbraced after approx. 20 minutes. Temperature-resistant from −40 °C to +90 °C, briefly up to +120 °C. Building material class B2 to DIN 4102-1.
Included: 1x FX210 gun (black) and 16x 210 ml double cartridges (each 2 x 105 ml) incl. static mixer and extension tube. Application: cut off the cartridge tip, fit the mixer, wedge the frame, foam at least 6 assembly points. Pauses of more than 10 seconds cure the foam in the mixer – continue working quickly, cut off protruding foam with a knife after drying.
