Areas of application of the Ottoflex Expansion-Zone Collar:
Elastic sealing collar with integrated expansion zone for permanently waterproof sealing around pipe penetrations under tiles, slabs and ceramic coverings. Easy installation of the collar, as it can be pulled over building plugs. Pipe dimensions 22-42 mm
Application notes:
The substrate is prepared with Pre-Coat and a single application of Liquid Membrane. The respective collar is slipped over the pipe penetration, placed in the still-fresh OTTOFLEX Liquid Membrane and pressed on. With the second coating the complete collar is coated as well. Because of the many possible influences during processing and application, the applicator must always carry out a trial application.

Complies with the moisture exposure classes according to ZDB and abP.
- Complies with the water exposure classes W0-I, W1-I, W2-I and W3-I for crack class R1-I to DIN 18534
- Complies with water exposure class W1-B for crack classes R0-B and R1-B for container locations S1-B and S2-B to DIN 18535
- Complies with the moisture exposure classes according to ZDB and abP
- Complies with the exposure classes W1, W2, W3, W4, W5 and W6 to ÖNORM B 3407
- French VOC emission class A+
