OTTOFLEX® Soundproofing Tape is a high-quality sealing and decoupling tape for the sound-reduced installation of shower trays and bathtubs. It reliably prevents the transmission of structure-borne noise and ensures a durable, safe seal.

Detailed product description
The OTTOFLEX® Soundproofing Tape consists of an elastic, closed-cell PE foam with high restoring force. It is moisture-resistant, dimensionally stable and offers excellent decoupling between components. The temperature resistance is typically between -5°C and +60°C. Thanks to its flexible structure the tape can be easily adapted and enables quick, secure installation. Especially in professional construction, in the sanitary trade and in the DIY sector it ensures a significant reduction of sound transmission.
For optimum results it is recommended to apply the tape over the full surface of the tub edge and then continue with the OTTOFLEX® waterproofing system.
