Description
The ACF ORBIS static mixer for 2K silicone is a precision mixer for processing 2-component silicone products at a mixing ratio of 10:1. It is fitted onto 2K twin cartridges and, with 24 static mixing elements, produces a homogeneous, bubble-free blend of both components.

Technical details & application
The static mixer is made of robust plastic for the 10:1 mixing system (ACF ORBIS 12-24X). The 24 mixing elements keep swirling the components as they flow through the mixer - with no tools and no mixing time. The stepped tip allows a close-fitting application straight from the cartridge.
Application tip: fit the mixer only immediately before use and replace it with a new one after use to avoid material setting inside it.
