Description
Soudal Fix All High Tack is a 1-component hybrid polymer adhesive with extremely high initial tack and rapid through-curing. The permanently elastic power adhesive bonds and seals in one operation, usually entirely without a primer. Available in white, grey and black.

Technical properties & application
Density 1.47 g/ml (DIN 53479), tensile strength 3.5 N/mm² at 400 % elongation at break, Shore A hardness 60 ± 5 (DIN 53504/53505). When cured, temperature-resistant -40 °C to +90 °C, skin formation after approx. 5 min., through-curing approx. 3 mm/24 hrs.
Application with a manual, compressed-air or cordless gun at 0 to +40 °C. Keep bonding surfaces sound, clean and free of dust and grease; pre-treat porous substrates with Primer 150, clean smooth surfaces with Surface Activator.
Practical tip: Carry out an adhesion and compatibility test before first use – especially with PMMA and polycarbonate.
