Ottoseal A710 special acrylic sealant for RAL installation INTERIOR. Ottoseal A 710 has a high practical movement capability and has a low water vapour permeability, and therefore Ottoseal A710 RAL installation INTERIOR is perfectly suited to a permanent airtight interior seal. Ottoseal A710 RAL installation INTERIOR is used in a system with the OTTO sealants OTTOSEAL P 720 / OTTOSEAL S 730 (exterior seal).

Pre-treatment:
The bonding surfaces must be clean, dust-free and free of grease and sound. The bonding surfaces must be cleaned and any contamination, such as release agents, preservatives, grease, oil, dust, water, old adhesives/sealants and other substances that impair adhesion, must be removed. Cleaning non-porous substrates: clean with OTTO Cleaner T (flash-off time approx. 1 minute) and a clean, lint-free cloth. Cleaning porous substrates: clean surfaces of loose particles mechanically, e.g. with a steel brush or a grinding disc. Absorbent mineral bonding surfaces should be dampened with water to improve adhesion. The following are also available to improve adhesion: on absorbent substrates - mixture of acrylic sealant/water 1:2 - on absorbent and non-absorbent substrates: primer
Application notes:
Apply the sealant evenly with a manual caulking gun, compressed-air gun or cordless gun, press down the surface with a dampened tool before skin formation begins. Remove contamination with water when fresh. Because of the many possible influences during processing and application, the applicator must always carry out a trial application. The specific use-by date can be found printed on the container and must be observed. We recommend storing the adhesives / sealants in the unopened original containers dry (< 60 % RH) in a temperature range of + 15° C to + 25° C. If the products are stored and / or transported for longer periods (several weeks) at higher temperature/ humidity, a reduction in shelf life or a change in material properties cannot be ruled out.
