Description
The GORI 23 Multi-Primer is a water-based special adhesion primer based on acrylate for almost all substrates indoors and outdoors. It acts at the same time as an anti-rust primer on ferrous metals, as an adhesion promoter on difficult substrates such as zinc, aluminium and rigid PVC, and as an insulating blocking primer against water-soluble wood constituents – the ideal basis for a coating system with lasting adhesion.

Product details
GORI 23 Multi-Primer is based on an aqueous acrylate binder base and combines several functions in one product: anti-rust primer, adhesion promoter and insulating primer. Thanks to its excellent adhesion on smooth and critical substrates such as zinc, aluminium and rigid PVC, it creates a secure base for subsequent coatings. On wood it blocks water-soluble constituents and thus prevents them from bleeding through into the topcoat.
The primer has been tested to DIN EN 71 Part 3 (safety of toys – migration of certain elements) and is therefore also suitable for surfaces that come into contact with children's toys. It is matched to the wood and paint systems of GORI and SIGMA.
Application notes: Stir well before use. The substrate must be clean, dry and sound; derust and degrease metals. Apply undiluted with a brush or roller. Dust-dry after approx. 1–2 hours, recoatable after approx. 24 hours (23 °C / 60 % rel. humidity) – observe this time for maximum blocking effect. Clean tools with water immediately after use.
