Description
Shade copper. Correx hammer finish paint 3in1 in copper is a solvent-based metal protection paint based on alkyd resin that combines primer, rust protection and topcoat in one coat. Active rust-protection pigments seal existing rust, while the resins form a moisture-protecting top layer with a copper-coloured hammer finish effect.

Technical details and application
Binder: alkyd resin and thixotropic alkyd resin. Gloss level glossy, density about 1.01 to 1.02 g/cm³. Consumption about 125 ml/m² per coating. Drying time at 20 °C and 65 % relative humidity: can be overcoated after about 2 hours, but before 5 hours have elapsed; through-dry after about 21 days. Application temperature at least +5 °C. Apply undiluted.
Application: the substrate must be dry, clean, load-bearing and free of grease, oil, wax, algae and loose rust. Stir the paint well and paint with a varnish brush with plastic or mixed bristle; work wet on wet and do not rework the topcoat after the effect has formed. For reliable corrosion protection apply at least two coatings and observe the intermediate drying. Ensure sufficient ventilation indoors.
