Description
The Birtel Tech SP300 injection mortar is a 2K reactive resin mortar based on vinyl ester, supplied in a 2K cartridge and processed via a static mixer. As an economical solution for fixing threaded rods and internally threaded sleeves in non-approved areas, it can be processed with a manual, cordless or compressed-air gun.

Technical details and application
Make the drill hole as specified and clean it thoroughly of drilling dust; for perforated brick insert a sieve sleeve. Attach the static mixer, discard the first quantity and introduce the mortar into the drill hole from the bottom without air bubbles. Insert the threaded rod with a turning motion and do not load it until it has cured. Observe the manufacturer's information on drill hole, curing and loads.
