Description

The SP300 bonded anchor mortar is a two-component injection mortar based on vinyl ester. It is injected into the drill hole via a static mixer and forms the chemical anchor for threaded rods and anchor sleeves — where an expansion anchor would burst the substrate.

Product details

The mortar consists of vinyl ester resin and is grey. Cartridge with 300 ml, application temperature +5 °C to +35 °C, temperature resistance −40 °C to +40 °C. Building material class B2 to DIN 4102. Made in Italy.

The drill hole must be thoroughly blown out and brushed out before filling — drilling dust is the most common cause of failing bonded anchors. Inject the mortar from the bottom upwards so that no air is trapped, and wait for the curing time before loading.

Project: Fix heavy loads with injection mortar

Drill the hole, blow it out thoroughly and brush it out. Then inject the mortar via the static mixer from the bottom of the hole and screw in the threaded rod; in perforated and hollow block brick insert a sieve sleeve first. Load only after the curing time.
