Description
The Biwa Tech SV300 Injection Mortar is a 2K reactive resin mortar based on vinyl ester resin in a 300 ml cartridge. It is used for expansion-free chemical anchoring of anchor rods in uncracked concrete, solid and perforated brick.

Technical properties
Approved to ETAG 001-5 Option 1 and ETAG 029 c/w/d, mechanical properties in accordance with EN 196 Part 1. Temperature-resistant from -40°C to +80°C, long-term resistant up to +50°C, also suitable for wet masonry. Application with a manual, cordless or compressed-air gun via a static mixer; a sieve sleeve allows secure applications in perforated brick.
Application tips
The matched two-component resin systems allow exact dosing of the mortar compound. Opened cartridges remain usable until the end of their shelf life by replacing the static mixer or re-closing with the original cap. Storage: 18 months cool, dry and dark at +5°C to +25°C. Colour: beige.
