What is the Tangit M3000 static mixer?
The Tangit M3000 static mixer is a disposable mixer that screws onto 2K cartridges of Tangit M3000 and Tangit FP550. It ensures that both components are mixed homogeneously in the intended mixing ratio.

Technical details & application tips
The static mixer is made of plastic and is screwed directly onto the cartridge thread. A static mixing spiral reliably blends resin and hardener components without manual stirring – a clear advantage over open mixing, where incorrect mixtures and air inclusions are common.
For application, the extension tube is inserted to the deepest point of the annular space and slowly withdrawn during dispensing; a minimum annular space of 8 mm is recommended. In case of an interruption of more than a minute, a new static mixer should be fitted, as the material otherwise cures.
