Description
Soudaseal 240FC is a 1K adhesive/sealant based on MS polymer, cures bubble-free to a permanently elastic state and compensates for material stresses. The colour white is suited to light substrates and discreet joints on white-painted components. Universally usable for construction, industry, vehicle construction and sanitary areas.

Chemical and technical properties
MS polymer, density 1.67 g/ml, skin-forming time approx. 10 min. (23 °C/50 % RH), through-curing 2–3 mm/24 h, Shore A hardness 40 ± 5, tensile strength 1.80 N/mm², elongation at break approx. 750 % (ISO 37). Temperature-resistant -40 °C to +90 °C, application +5 °C to +35 °C. EC1-PLUS-R certified, low emissions.
Application tips
Keep substrates sound, clean and free of dust and grease – dry surfaces give the best bond values. Pre-treat porous substrates exposed to water with Primer 150, pre-clean smooth surfaces with Surface Activator. Carry out an adhesion test beforehand. Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE, silicones.
