Description
Silirub PRO W is a neutral-curing 1K silicone sealant based on alkoxy for the permanently elastic sealing of windows, glazing rebates and connection joints. It is suitable for double glazing as well as bonds between glass, wood, aluminium, metal and plastic.

Chemical and technical properties
Base polysiloxane (alkoxy silicone), density approx. 1.03 g/ml, Shore A hardness 22 ± 5, tensile strength approx. 1.60 N/mm² at over 700 % elongation at break. Skin-forming time approx. 5 min., through-curing approx. 2 mm/24 h. Temperature-resistant -40 °C to +180 °C. Complies with ISO 11600 F 25LM and G 25LM as well as DIN 52452-T4.
Application tips
Prepare the substrate sound, clean, dry and free of dust and grease. Prime porous surfaces with Primer 150, pre-treat non-porous substrates with Soudal Activator. No adhesion on PE, PP, PTFE and bitumen. Apply with a manual, battery or compressed-air gun and smooth with Soudal smoothing agent before a skin forms. Clean tools immediately with white spirit.
