Description
Soudal Silirub EPDM is a permanently elastic, neutral-curing silicone sealant specially for EPDM roofing membranes. It bonds EPDM sheets to each other and to masonry and concrete and seals connections permanently.

Chemical and technical properties
Base: neutral-curing polysiloxane, Shore A hardness approx. 25 ± 5, density approx. 1.24 g/ml, tensile strength approx. 1.60 N/mm², elongation at break approx. 800 %, skin-forming time approx. 5 min., through-curing approx. 2 mm/24 hrs, temperature resistance -60 °C to +180 °C, application temperature +5 °C to +35 °C. Not suitable for joints under permanent water load, nor for PE, PP, PTFE and bitumen.
Application tips
Keep the substrate sound, clean, dry and free of dust and grease. Pre-treat porous substrates with Primer 150, clean smooth surfaces with Surface Activator. Always carry out an adhesion and compatibility test before application, especially on EPDM membranes containing plasticisers.
