Shade RAL 9002 grey white. The Sika Sikafloor-2510 garage floor coating in RAL 9002 grey white is a water-dilutable, coloured epoxy resin sealer for concrete and cement screed. It is designed for light to medium mechanical and chemical stress, is waterproof and vapour-permeable, low in odour and easy to apply.

Technical details and application

Sikafloor-2510 is a 2K epoxy sealer on a water basis. The substrate must be sound (compressive strength at least 25 N/mm², pull-off strength at least 1.5 N/mm²), level, fine-textured, firm, dry and free of grease and oil. Consumption about 0.1 to 0.2 kg/m² per coat. Stir component A by machine before mixing, then mix A and B homogeneously in the prescribed mixing ratio with a continuously variable electric stirrer, carefully and without splashing. Check compatibility with old coatings beforehand.

Clean the load-bearing, dry concrete or screed, sand it and mask the edges. In the Sika system prime with Sikafloor-150 and, after it has cured, apply Sikafloor-264 with the roller; process other coatings according to their own data sheet. Deaerate fresh layers with the spiked roller.
