What is the Düfa D17 Oil Stop Floor Coating?
The Düfa D17 Oil Stop Floor Coating is a coloured, water-dilutable special coating for oil-impermeable floors. It coats collecting trays and containment rooms for heating oil EL, diesel fuel and unused engine and gear oils and carries the test certificate of MPA Karlsruhe.

Technical properties & application
The water-dilutable coating is applied on a dry, sound, grease-free substrate. Consumption: min. 900 ml/m² undiluted per coat. Recommended: one base coat (max. 30 % diluted with water) and two undiluted top coats in alternating shades to check the layer thickness. Drying times: base coat 14 hrs, between top coats 24 hrs intermediate drying, fully loadable after 7 days.
Practical tips
Remove loose old coats completely, lightly sand well-adhering ones. Always store containers closed, cool, dry and frost-free. Available in silver grey and pebble grey in a 5 l bucket.
