Description
The BIWA Gun Foam Set contains everything needed for foaming joints and connections: a non-stick coated foam gun, two cans of 1K polyurethane foam of 750 ml each and 500 ml of cleaner. The foam cures through atmospheric humidity and can be cut, sanded and painted over after curing.

Product details
The foam consists of 1-component polyurethane with a bulk density of about 24 kg/m³ and is champagne-coloured. After around one hour it can be cut. When cured it is resistant from −40 °C to +90 °C. It is processed between +5 °C and +35 °C.
Shake the can vigorously before use and screw it upright into the gun. Pre-wetting the substrate improves curing. Remove fresh foam immediately with the cleaner supplied – once cured it can only be removed mechanically. Made in Belgium.
