Description
Ottoseal S67 cleanroom silicone for elastic silicone joints in cleanrooms and production rooms with high hygiene requirements, e.g. electronics sector, chip manufacturing and production rooms.

- Does not cause (rust) corrosion on unprotected metal surfaces
- Very good weather, ageing and UV resistance

- Tested for cleanroom applications by the Hygiene Institute Gelsenkirchen
- Suitable for use in HVAC systems according to VDI 6022, Part 1 tested to DIN EN ISO 846, methods A, B and C (Institute of Hygiene, Berlin)
- Suitable for applications according to IVD Technical Data Sheet No. 31+35

Application:
Application temperature: +5ºC to +35ºC.
Application method: Apply with manual, compressed-air or cordless gun.
Cleaning: With white spirit before curing, afterwards removable with silicone remover or mechanically.
Smoothing: With smoothing agent and scraper before skin formation.
Storage:
12 months from the date of production in unopened packaging, stored cool (+5ºC and +25ºC) and dry. Close opened containers tightly and use up quickly.
