Description
Ottoseal S27 Food-Grade Silicone is a food-safe silicone tested and approved for applications in the drinking water and food sectors by ISEGA Research and Investigation Company, Aschaffenburg. Ottoseal S27 food-grade silicone has good chemical resistance to dilute acids and alkalis.

Pre-treatment:
The bonding surfaces must be clean, free of grease, dry and sound. The bonding surfaces must be cleaned and any contamination, such as release agents, preservatives, grease, oil, dust, water, old adhesives/sealants and other substances that impair adhesion, must be removed. Cleaning non-porous substrates: clean with OTTO Cleaner T (flash-off time approx. 1 minute) and a clean, lint-free cloth. Cleaning porous substrates: clean surfaces of loose particles mechanically, e.g. with a steel brush or a grinding disc.
Storage:
12 months from the date of production in unopened packaging, stored cool (+5ºC and +25ºC) and dry. Close opened containers tightly and use up quickly.
