Description
Ottoseal S120 Window Silicone is extremely low in odour. Ottoseal S 120 is highly abrasion-resistant and streak-free and is therefore very well suited for glass sealing on wooden windows and general glass elements.

Pre-treatment:
\nThe bonding surfaces must be cleaned and any contamination, such as release agents, preservatives, grease, oil, dust, water, old adhesives/sealants and other substances that impair adhesion, must be removed. Cleaning non-porous substrates: clean with OTTO Cleaner T (flash-off time approx. 1 minute) and a clean, lint-free cloth. Cleaning porous substrates: clean surfaces of loose particles mechanically, e.g. with a steel brush or a grinding disc. The bonding surfaces must be clean, free of grease, dry and sound.
\nApplication:
\nApplication temperature: +5ºC to +35ºC.
Application method: Apply with manual caulking gun, compressed-air gun or cordless gun.
Cleaning: With white spirit before curing, afterwards removable with silicone remover or mechanically.
Smoothing: With smoothing agent and scraper before skin formation.
Storage:
\nIn unopened packaging, stored cool (+5ºC and +25ºC) and dry. Close opened containers tightly and use up quickly.
