Product details & application tips
The Glättfix Joint Smoother is made of robust plastic and sits well in the hand with dimensions of 85 x 40 x 9 mm. It is suitable for finishing silicone and acrylic sealants as well as other sealants and adhesives.
How it's done:
- Fill the joint evenly with silicone.
- Spray the filled joint with slightly diluted washing-up liquid water or dampen it with a damp sponge.
- Dampen the Glättfix as well, apply it to the joint according to the desired profile and draw off with light pressure.
Tip: Remove excess sealing compound with a cloth immediately after drawing off so that the joint dries cleanly.
